1. Uploading files
Remain connected to WiFi or cellular data
If you are uploading large files (for example slo-mo or high res video), or lots of files at once, ensure that you remain connected to cellular data or WiFi.
Keep the app open on your screen
Keep the Avgar Pro app open on your iPad. Do not close out of the app (by swiping up with two fingers), do not go to a different app, do not go into sleep mode, and do not log out.
2. Check if your files have finished uploading
Cloud based, your files will only upload when you are connected
Avgar Pro is a cloud based application. When you add a file to a lesson, the attachment will automatically upload to the cloud. If you are not connected to cellular data or wifi, your files will upload the next time you are connected.
Check to see if your files have uploaded, before closing the app
To check if your file has completed uploading to the cloud you can look at the thumbnail inside the lesson page. There will be a blue loading bar on the thumbnail when it is uploading. There will also be a blue loading bar at the top left of your screen while you have videos uploading.
Try to Log out
If you have been in patchy coverage, and/or been uploading a lot of large files Avgar Pro recommends that you also check to see if all your files have uploaded by tapping Menu, then Log out. If you get a message saying 'Your connection will be lost! All unsaved data will be lost! Are you sure you want to quit?', this means that you have files that are not uploaded to the cloud. If you log out now you will lose those files.
Another option is to tap Menu, then Settings, then Media. Any thumbnails on the media page have not been uploaded to the cloud.
3. Swipe down with two fingers to refresh
This will refresh your calendar, bookings, changes, and cancelations.
4. Swipe up with two fingers to close the app
5. Remain logged into Avgar Pro
Avgar Pro recommends coaches remain logged in at all times. If you tap Logout when files have not finished uploading to the cloud, you will get a message warning you that your data will be lost if you continue to log out.
6. If images aren't loading
If the blue loading bar freezes or thumbnails have 'spinning wheels' continuously, try switching airplane mode on and off.
7. Check your iPad settings for Photos
If your image library isn't coming up when you Add an attachment go to your iPad Settings, then find Avgar Pro app in the left hand column, 8th section down, and for Photos select All photos from the drop down.
8. In app problems? Contact Avgar Pro
If you are having problems with something in the app not working, please do not change settings, we recommend that you contact AVGAR PRO. Tap Menu, select Help, tap the Help icon and fill in our Contact us form.
