It is important to know that the time it will take for files to upload to a clients lesson will be related to:
1. Your internet speed - data network or WiFi connection.
2. The size of your file - videos with a high number of frames per second (FPS) and slo-mo's will be large files and take longer to upload.
For videos, Avgar Pro recommends using 60FPS
Choosing 60FPS means that you have enough frames per second (FPS) to enable scrubbing the video to see the contact point of club on ball, without the video being a huge file size.
If you choose 240 FPS you will have a video of excellent quality, but it will take a very long time and use a lot of data to upload.
Avgar Pro recommends keeping Slo-Mo videos short otherwise the file size is too large.
