Add a lesson to be paid for outside the web app

Note: You will not be paid for this lesson via the web app when you choose this option. Use this method only when a client has pre-paid for a lesson, or you are giving it away and the client is not subscribed to the client-side web app yet. Use the Add an allocated lesson time method if the client has to pay.

1. Tap the menu icon .

2. Then select the Calendar tab.

3. Tap on the day in the calendar you wish to add a lesson.

4. Press and hold for at least two seconds on the desired time slot until the pop-up menu appears - watch the selected time change as you slide your finger up and down over the day - take your finger off when you see the correct time.

5. Select Add lesson from the pop-up menu. Add lesson pop-up window will appear.

6. Enter title and description.

7. Review the From field to check that it is the correct start time.

8. Select Service from the drop-down menu.

9. Select a Client from the drop-down menu.

10. The Recurring event switch will be switched to Off by default, if you would like the lesson to be recurring switch it to On.
11. Enter the number of recurrences.
12. Enter the duration.

13. Tap Save. The lesson page will now appear, check the date and time is correct at the top right corner of the page. This lesson will also now show on the calendar.

Alternate method:

1. Tap the menu icon .

2. Then select the Lessons tab.

3. Tap +Add on the day in the calendar you wish to add a busy time.

4. Select Add lesson from the pop-up menu.

5. Enter Title and Description.

6. Select Date and Time.

7. Select Service from the drop-down menu.

8. Select a Client from the drop-down menu.

9. The Recurring event switch will be switched to Off by default, if you would like the lesson to be recurring switch it to On.
10. Enter the number of recurrences.
11. Enter the duration.

12. Tap Save. The lesson page will now appear, check the date and time is correct at the top right corner of the page. This lesson will also now show on the calendar.
